FAQ

How much does Gear Saver cost in +1 Upgrade Per Kill?
The Shop GEAR SAVER section shows 1× for ◆20 Emeralds and 3× for ◆60. Sixty divided by three is twenty, so each saver in the bundle costs the same ◆20—there is no bulk discount in the numbers we read.
Where do you use Gear Saver after dying?
On the lobby respawn screen, a bar shows KEEP with your gear icons and USE ◆20 next to the emerald icon. That is separate from the red KILLED BY banner and REVENGE button.
Can you get Gear Saver without spending Emeralds?
Yes. The Playtime rewards window lists Gear Saver at the 30 MIN milestone. We did not verify Gear Saver coming from a Daily Rewards gift icon—only Playtime and Shop purchases were on screen.
Does WELCOME code help fund Gear Saver?
Redeeming WELCOME showed CODE REDEEMED! for 60 Emeralds plus a Wood Crate in footage dated 2026-10-25. That alone covers three ◆20 saves if you spend nothing else.
What happens if you skip Gear Saver?
Your HUD returns to Upgrade 0/34 with a fresh basic loadout, the same reset we saw after normal deaths and void deaths. Gear Saver is optional insurance, not a revive.

Dying in +1 Upgrade Per Kill normally wipes your Upgrade: n/34 progress. Gear Saver is the paid escape hatch: after respawn in the lobby, spend Emeralds (◆) on the KEEP bar to keep your armor and weapon tier (Shop copy: Use it on the death screen). This page quotes Shop text verbatim, walks through the USE ◆20 bar, and lists Emerald income we actually saw—so you know what one save costs and how to stock up.

What is Gear Saver according to the Shop?

Open Shop from the lobby (green Emeralds icon on the right rail). Scroll to the GEAR SAVER section. On-screen copy reads:

  • KEEP YOUR UPGRADE
  • Use it on the death screen

Two buy buttons sit underneath:

Bundle Price on screen Cost per saver (math)
1× ◆20 ◆20
3× ◆60 ◆60 ÷ 3 = ◆20 each

There is no Emeralds discount for buying three; you are prepaying three single uses. Robux rows and DAILY OFFERS appear elsewhere in Shop—we did not map every Robux product to Gear Saver.

Shop partition: KEEP YOUR UPGRADE headline with 1× ◆20 and 3× ◆60 buttons.

Buying in Shop only fills your inventory (exact stack rules unverified). Consumption happens after a death.

How do you use Gear Saver after you die?

When you respawn in the lobby after a fight, two banners can stack:

  1. KILLED BY <player> with a red REVENGE button.
  2. KEEP showing armor/weapon icons, a ? icon (meaning not verified), and USE ◆20 with the green emerald icon.

Tap USE ◆20 to keep your upgrade gear instead of accepting the Upgrade: 0/34 reset documented in our upgrade ladder guide. One frame showed this while CLASS Archer and PLAY were visible—Gear Saver is a lobby prompt, not an in-arena button.

Lobby after a loss: KEEP row with USE ◆20 above the REVENGE strip.

How can you get Gear Saver for free?

The Playtime window (gift icon, top bar) lists twelve timed checkpoints. The 30 MIN cell rewards Gear Saver outright. Other cells mix Gold, Emeralds, Enchant Rolls, and a Wood Crate—full grid in our playtime rewards guide.

Playtime track: Gear Saver sits at the 30 MIN slot; CLAIM ALL appears when rows are ready.

We did not verify Gear Saver dropping from the separate Daily Rewards gift pipeline—only Playtime and Shop were frame-confirmed. Farm the 30-minute login before you spend codes on savers.

Where can you get Emeralds to pay ◆20?

Every total below comes from labeled rewards in our clips. Always check your balance in Shop’s top bar (Gold + Emeralds).

Source Emeralds we saw Where to read more
Code WELCOME 60 (+ Wood Crate) Working codes
Daily Quests (all 3 done) +5 bonus Quests window; also how to get gold
Daily Quests (single tasks) ◆3, ◆3, ◆5 on the three lines we read Same
Playtime 10 at 15 MIN, 25 at 3 H (35 total from those two cells) Playtime rewards
Halloween Week 1 quests ◆10, ◆10, ◆15 on the three tasks filmed Limited-time Quests tab
Halloween pumpkin pickup +5 with PUMPKIN FOUND! Upgrade ladder (seasonal)

Adding the quest and playtime Emeralds above is simple arithmetic for planning—not a promise you finish every quest daily. Gold payouts (40g, 80g, etc.) still matter for perks; they are not Emeralds but show up in the same Quests frames.

When is Gear Saver worth using?

Remember: Gear Saver does not restore hearts, streak chat brags, or quest progress—it only addresses gear tier. Pair savers with perk planning in perks guide if you rely on Head Start or damage perks after a restore.

What we still need to test

  • Whether USE ◆20 always deducts one saver vs 20 Emeralds directly from wallet every time.
  • Whether void deaths, Training, or reconnects hide the KEEP bar.
  • Any Robux bundle that dumps Gear Saver without showing ◆ pricing (rows existed but were unreadable).
  • Daily Rewards icon grants—we never saw Gear Saver there.
